Chance Hardy
I was born in to the window business. My father had been a glazier since his early 20’s and I remember many days of helping him out before I was even 10 years old. I began my glaziers apprenticeship when I was 19 and was a Journeyman glazier by the age of 24. I worked for Giroux Glass in Los Angeles for 9 years.

Jim leads the Millworks Division at Hardy Windows with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. With extensive experience in custom woodwork, Jim oversees everything from doors and trim to moulding and specialty pieces, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of quality and design. He works closely with contractors and designers to bring custom visions to life, offering expert guidance and dependable solutions. Known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence, Jim continues to grow the division as a trusted resource for high-end millwork and architectural finishes.
Vanessa Castrejon
As Purchasing Manager at Hardy Windows, Vanessa plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
